Terms
The terms on which this site and the member portal are used. Individual matters are governed by the instruction terms agreed at the time.
Access
This is a restricted system. Access is granted to approved members and to REKO staff, and may be suspended or withdrawn where it is misused, shared, or used in a way that puts a matter or another member at risk.
Referrals
Submitting a referral is a request to be considered. It creates no account, no membership, and no obligation on REKO to accept a matter or to explain a decision.
Accuracy
What you tell REKO is relied on. Information that is inaccurate or incomplete can end a matter, and anything found to be deliberately false will.
Confidentiality
What passes through the portal stays there. Members must not publish, forward or repeat REKO’s correspondence, working documents or the details of another member’s matter.

Nothing on this site or in the portal is legal advice. Where a matter requires it, REKO will say so and refer it to authorised legal professionals.
